Personal History: Two or more paragraphs providing a quick overview of their non-Military life. Provide details on background, goals, etc. Any military history should be listed in 'Service Record' below.
Family: Give us a little bit about their family. List format is perfectly acceptable.
Training and Education: List any medical, defensive, educational, linguistic, flight, or science skills your character possesses in either a list form or paragraph form.
Service Record: Your character's prior military or civilian service. At least two paragraphs' worth is expected (or significant list) detailing any military service prior to the current timeline and any specialty courses of note. The path of your character and how/why they joined the Stargate Program should be explained.
Skills: Any major skills they may have that would be an asset to the Academy and the Stargate Program
Personality: Two or more paragraphs exploring the psychological side of your character. What are their strengths and weaknesses? What do they like or dislike?
