Personal History: Alexandria grew up an only child in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her parents separated when she was seven, and was primarily raised by her father. Despite the separation, Alex was close with both of parents as one could expect, and adjusted better than most considering the reasons that caused her broken home. Alex coped by leaning on her friends and through athletics. She was an exceptional basketball player and teammate, however she preferred individual achievements and pursuits of golf. While offered scholarships at several division three colleges for athletics, Alex had decided to apply to the University of Arizona where she studied forensic science and a minor in information technology. Alex, in an effort to grow her career after graduation as well as help offset the cost of her education, took the advice of a cousin and applied to the Air Force ROTC.
Upon graduation, Alex began her service commitment as an Intelligence Officer, after attending basic training, advanced technical instruction and officer candidates school. Her first posting was at the Pentagon as a junior attaché to the FBI where she served as an administrative liaison between the Air Force and the Bureau, under the supervision of several higher ranking and more experienced officers. While her contributions were eventually noteworthly, she learned a great deal from both her peers and superiors. She was later briefed on the Stargate Program after an incident directly resulting from an alien threat in Seattle, Washington required field agent support from the Bureau.
Upon completing her first year in her current role, Alex requested the opportunity for more hands on field work. Through the recommendation of her Commanding Officer, Alex was reassigned to Homewold Command.

Personality: Alex is a rather sarcastic individual who over the years has learned to become a better team player. While she once preferred to work alone, she has since thrived in working with others as well as motivating her peers. She jokes more than she should, and in most cases has a way of approaching complete strangers and earning genuine trust in short amounts of time.
Additionally, Alex has been known to come off as arrogant and bossy at times, especially when asked for advice that is later blantently ignored. She will be the first to say "I told you so." However, she is the first to jump into the fire to help.

"I told you so..."
Alex said as she walked around long rectangular conference table, after watching from the open door for the last two minutes in silence. She took her time, acting as though she was examining the reports strewed about on the table. In reality she was buying time, hoping to allow her words to sink in all the while trying to contain both her glee and the satisfying grin that accompanied it.
Still dressed in her green flight suit, she pulled out a chair opposite of her longtime peer, still never looking directly at him. In an over exaggerated motion, she propped her feet up on the table, almost knocking over the half full cup of cold coffee. She let out a fake yawn and stretched her arms comfortably above her head before finally speaking again.
"If you want the pro to look at it after all, I'm sure I can find the time..."
Her victorious smile finally emerged, much like it did when she finally revealed the winning poker hand a few nights ago.
Laying it on thick, maybe? But who cares, it should have been my assignment from the beginning.
It was true. As far as she was concerned, he was intruding on her domain. She wasn't volunteering her time to examine the artifacts that he fanatically coveted or the Ancient literature that had been recovered. This was in the here and now, and had bearing on the events to come. While she wasn't opposed to sharing, she certainly had an issue with being sidelined all together.
