Azalea listened to all that Lucas was saying, nodding as she started to count backwards. Feeling another hand, the brunette glanced over to the older female, giving another nod. They were right. Of course they were right, and yet, the fact they were on death's doorstep was staring them in the face was still paralyzing. The Lieutenant focused harder on counting backwards, almost seeing Issac in the way Lucas was talking. That was completely something Issac would have said if he was alive and here with them. When reaching one, the female gave a nod to both Shannon and Luc as if it say, okay I'm ready, but that was the farthest from the truth. Maybe they had hope, but Andre was still trying to find the silver lining. Even if on the outside she appeared to be a tad bit calmer, ready to engage once again, the mind remained fixated on the fact they were minutes away from laughing to death. If only death was a physical being, she would be in an all out blood bath, but it wasn't, and it was playing a cruel mind trick. Right now, death was the puppet master holding their strings of life - teasing them, letting them team know he was in control. It plagued this Airman with fear - gripping at the heart. Maybe everyone else was okay with dancing this close to the edge, but after visiting that home, De had not intentions of going back.
Hearing the giggles already starting to settle in Shannon's voice, Azalea found herself counting backwards once more. They wanted her calm and focused. Hearing those giggles? Definitely wasn't helping any. It was only making the matters worse. Hands gripped the P90 - almost as if looking for any kind of reassurance, as crazy as that sounded. "I second what Shannon said," she muttered, avoiding Logan's gaze. The last thing she needed was him worrying anymore than need be. Till they got out of here, if they got out of here, the brunette was going to remain quiet - keep the fears to herself. As much as De missed Issac, there wasn't any intentions of needing to see him sooner than expected. There was still life to be lived and this female wanted to do it. If they wanted her to believe they were getting out of here, they all had better move and quick. Lingering was not helping what so ever.
